#2030: I Have Marked 1,028 Days of Stability
Guys!
I have been well and stable for over a thousand days. That’s about 2 years and 10 months.
For the first time I haven’t suffered any mental breakdown. No persistent humming sound inside my head. No extreme mood swings. No long time ghosting of everyone.
I am grateful.

Here is the woman who saved my life. Ms. Angela Brown. Before I was introduced to her, I spent money and wasted time with different professionals in search of healing. Some either turned it to a religious matter or the medications that they prescribed for me made things worse.
But Ms. Angela, through her LAN Clinic at Wuse 2, gave me the perfect fix. A competent and empathetic psychiatrist, a number of behavioral psychologists who taught me how to create wellness routine and manage the extreme mood swings, and medication that really worked. And I even spent less than I did at the other places because profit was not her priority.
I am super grateful to Ms. Brown and all the people who fixed me between 2021 and 2022. I am alive today because of you all. Thank you too Abubakar Dahiru you made my appointments at the clinic quite smooth.
I am still healing. I still struggle with rebuilding my businesses which means that I struggle with finances. But, I am consoled by the knowledge that healing is a process. These 2 years and 10 months have been the healthiest in my 35 years on earth. I am married now and with a child, something I tried to do and failed since I was 25.
I am grateful. I am grateful. I am grateful
