LAN HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE (LAN) is a Non-Governmental Organization duly registered and located in Abuja, Nigeria that works in rural communities of sub Saharan Africa to provide  primary healthcare, mental health services, managed care and advocates against drug and substance abuse.

Albino Community Support

Addressing the unique health, social, and educational challenges faced by individuals with albinism, while fostering public awareness

Creating awareness on Mental Health and providing support with basic financial, education and health needs.

COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICE

The annual observance of the International Day of Disabled Persons aims to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities. 

Life After Forty Program

An initiative of the management of LAN Health Initiative was bore out of the need for public sensitization as to the growing prevalence of mental health issues

Medical Mission

Delivering free healthcare services, medications, and health education in underserved rural and urban areas through volunteer-based medical outreaches.

Outpatient Drug Rehabilitation

Offering structured, community-based treatment programs to help individuals recover from substance use while maintaining their daily responsibilities.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Facilitating peer-led recovery groups and providing access to counseling and sobriety resources for individuals battling alcohol addiction.

Patient to Work Program

Empowering recovered patients with skills training and employment opportunities, helping them regain financial independence and dignity.

Mental Health Awareness Campaign

Educating the public, reducing stigma, and promoting early intervention through community forums, media outreach, and school-based programs, suicide prevention and drug abuse.

Basic Health and Drug Screening

Providing essential diagnostic services and early detection screenings to promote public health and prevent disease.
